When will you receive your order? Order by 12pm Central and:
• If your shipping address is in our Transit Map's yellow zone, you may receive your order as soon as 1 day.
• If the address is in the brown zone, you may receive your order as soon as 2 days.
• If the address is in the green zone, you may receive your order as soon as 3 days.
• Using the tracking number we provide, you can follow the progress of your shipment via the UPS website.
*Weekend orders and orders received after 12pm CST Friday will be shipped Monday.

Deliveries will be left at your door with no signature required — unless requested otherwise on your final check out page. Some exceptions do apply. |

Need to return your order? No problem. If you purchase our boxes and are not satisfied, you can return them within (10) days from the delivery date. You will be credited (minus a 10% restocking fee) once the packages are received by our warehouse. You are responsible for arranging the return shipping and the fees associated with it.
Our Shipping Guarantee: If your order does not arrive within (3) business days of your expected delivery date, you may return or refuse your order for a full refund, including delivery and return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse. The first shipping day is defined as the business day after your order placement, if placed before 12pm. If your order does arrive after the expected delivery date, and you decide to keep it, no credits or discounts of any kind can be offered.
Lost Delivery: In the unlikely event your order is considered "lost" or is delivered to the wrong location without correction, your credit card will be credited the full order amount, including all shipping charges.
